Shine Fostering is based in Loughton. We recruit new foster carers from across the Greater London area, people who will provide great care and commitment to the children they foster. Our carers are paid, trained and supported as professionals who are at the centre of the lives of some of our society's most vulnerable children - children who need homes where they are safe, cared for, and believed in.
