"Although most of the staff seems friendly enough, there is one terrible person on the phone (can't tell who she was): unfriendly, rude, dry (don't let her get the phone, please!!!) Premises are quite difficult to find and only by private transport or taxi. We've got a good feeling about their goals and how they work. They seem to care for kids a lot which is great. However, it isnt RIGHT to make anyone go all the way there for a kind of social meeting to rule you out for something they could've find out before hand. We spent lot of time and money that could've been avoided by filling up an application form and reading it first. For obvious reasons we didn't get the best image of them but I'm sure other people have great experiences and are happy with their service. We wish them all the best in their beautiful and meaningful job."
