Thurrock Council Fostering. We urgently need more people to consider Fostering. We have a huge shortage of Foster Carers both nationally and in Thurrock and surrounding areas, despite more and more children and families needing support. Foster Carers look after some of the most vulnerable children and young people in our communities. Thurrock Fostering team would love to hear from anybody who would like to know more.
