"Our family have the unfortunate situation to have use their contact centre services. To start with when a lady called Kay was working for them it was brilliant child first parents second and every thing was organised in advance so the child involved could be prepared for the contact in a positive way, reports were detailed and factual. Unfortunately Kay left the company and it has failed on so many levels and I have communicated with team members off the safe guarding issues their have been had two meetings endless phone calls and emails, but their has still been no improvement. I will not recommending this company but in fact will have to report them as I have concerns for other children who may not have a voice to say something. It is a very sad situation when companies are allowed to operate like this when working with vulnerable children."
