Our Salisbury-based team work together to support our team of carers. The social work staff are highly qualified and have extensive experience of working in foster care. We also have fostering support workers who are available to assist foster carers and their children. Our team have the local knowledge and ability to promote a sense of ‘family’ among our carers. Foster carers are encouraged to meet up to discuss ways to improve the service and we always listen to the voice of the child, encouraging participation in decisions affecting their care.
